How does pricing work?
You pay one monthly price based on how many doors you manage: $29 for 1–10, $59 for 11–50, $119 for 51–150, and $199 for 151–300. Over 300 doors, we build a custom price and match or beat what you pay today.
Can roommates split the rent?
Yes. You set each roommate's share, and each one pays, gets reminded, and is tracked separately. You see at a glance who has paid and who hasn't.
Where does the rent money go?
Straight to your bank account. Rooming never holds your tenants' money, and card numbers never touch our servers.
Does Rooming work with QuickBooks?
Yes. Rooming syncs with QuickBooks, and it also has its own reports if you don't use QuickBooks.
How does Renters Insurance work?
Tenants can buy a Renters Insurance policy from inside the Rooming app. The policy is recorded on their lease, so you can see who is covered and when each policy expires, and tenants without one get reminded.
Do my tenants need to download anything?
No. The tenant app works in any phone's web browser and can be added to the home screen like a regular app.
